Pricing & quotations
Quotation prices come from the approved menu at the time the quote is issued. Services that require review are priced before confirmation.
Booking confirmation
Event confirmation follows the deposit and Order Policy rules. The date is not treated as finally booked until the required confirmation step is completed.
Accurate information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event date, guest count, location and notes, and for reviewing the summary before confirmation.
Changes & cancellation
Changes and cancellations follow the published Order Policy, including notice periods, availability and any applicable additional charges.
Updates
These terms may be updated when the ordering process or services change. The version published on the website applies when the service is used.
